Used Rolex vintage Oysterdate with rare linen dial circa 1969

A classic vintage Rolex Oysterdate, with a linen textured original dial and raised steel arrowhead markers.

The manual wind Rolex Oysterdate is perhaps one of the most durable models Rolex ever made, as the lack of the Automatic rotor system meant there were less parts to wear out and require servicing.

The watch carries a reference number of 6694 and the serial number dates the watch to 1969. The date code stamp inside the caseback confirms the production date. .

The watch was just completely serviced by my watchmaker and the Rolex calibre 1225 manual wind movement keeps excellent time.

The watch measures 34 mm across by 38 mm long and is supplied on the pictured padded sport brown leather strap. The buyer has the option of a black leather strap also.
