Vintage Clebar Chronograph, valjoux 72 movement

Steel case Clebar Chrono, using a valjoux 72 movement

A spectacular vintage steel chronograph, using perhaps the most famous chronograph movement, the Valjoux 72 manual wind 3 register model.
The watch uses a round steel case with flat chrono pushers. The overall condition of the case is excellent to minty. The sloping lugs have a polished top surface and the sides have a brushed finish.
The dial is in mint original condition, with a dual colour double telemetre scale around the outside of the dial. The inner registers use the sword style miniture hands founds on the original Omega Speedmaster, while the main hour and minute hands are 1950’s Dauphine style.
The movement was recently serviced and functions flawlessly as well as keeps great time.
The watch measures 35 mm by 43 mm and is supplied on your choice of black or brown leather strap.
