Late 1940's vintage Heuer Chronograph with Valjoux 71 movement.
This vintage Heuer watch has all the appeal that these iconic chronographs have become famous for.
This 3 register manual wind Heuer Chronograph dates to the 1950's and comes fitted with a Valjoux 71 movement. This model was also marketed by Abercombie and Fitch and branded with their company name.
The black dial with aged luminous was expertly restored to the original pattern and is a model in legible designs. The large sub-registers allow for effective timing functions and the larger time only hands provide a clear indication of the time against the black background.
The watch was just serviced and is functioning properly and keeping time. The solid steel case with screw down caseback has a significant side profile and is quiet impressive on the wrist
The case measures 38 mm wide by 45 mm long and 14 mm thick.
