Nearly new, Longines Conquest watch in steel. This watch is basically like new purchased in November, 2013. The remaining factory warranty still applies.
The watch reference is WL36774586 and comes with all the original boxes, paperwork, hang tags and warranty card.
Longines designed the Conquest with a large steel case featuring a brushed steel mid-case and a contrasting polished steel bezel. The case also features an angular protruding crown guard to shield the screw-down signed Longines crown. The watch is water resistant to 1000 feet of 300 meters.
The dial is glossy black with large silver stick and Arabic numerals at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions. Both the hour markers and large steel hour and minute hands are filled with luminous material.
The case back of the watch features the Eagle Longines logo heavily embossed along with the watch’s unique serial number.
Within the case, a Longines calibre L633 movement powers the watch. The movement is an automatic self winding calibre with 25 jewels. The movement is based on the very popular ETA calibre 2824-2 manufactured by Longines parent company, the Swatch Group.
The Longines Conquest line dates back to the early 1950’s. The Conquest was considered one of the brands top line watches at the time and many vintage examples still represent excellent engineering and a good value.

The steel case measures 41 mm wide by 51 mm long by 12 mm thick. The heavy steel bracelet with polished and brushed steel sections, is complete with all original links. Although a few have been removed, they are packaged with the watch. As seen on the tag, this model had a retail price of $1400 when sold.
