A great value in the choice of vintage watches.
This vintage Bulova is a great example of why many collectors simply concentrate on this era of watchmaking. Anything made in the 1940’s is what some may consider antique watches, but really were technically similar to watches that were produced right up till the 1960’s and concentrated far much more on the styling of the cases that at any other time since.
Look at the dramatic gold filled case on this Bulova. The scalloped lugs are truly impressive on the wrist. Add to that the curved profile of the case and you can see this is truly unique in terms of what you are able to find in a new watch.
The watch is fitted with a high grade 17 jewel Bulova 8AH movement which was just serviced and is running well and keeping time.
The case measures 22 mm wide by 34.5 mm long.
