This Rolex Oyster Commander comes in a Swiss made Oyster case that has a rare gold plated bezel.
The watch is fitted with a Swiss made Rolex 10.5 ligne Hunter movement with a Rolex signed winding wheel. These movements were used by Rolex in the 1930’s, 1940’s and 1950’s.
This watch has had the dial redone in the popular Roman Arabic “California” pattern and it is a stunning restoration with expertly toned luminous and the popular sub-seconds register.
One of the more unusual features of this watch is the gold plated bezel, a rarer model among Oyster cased watches. Please note the highly sought after original vintage Rolex Oyster patent crown.

The all steel case measures 29 mm wide by 36 mm long and is supplied on a black leather strap
