An Ebel Classic Wave Chronograph bought in 2011 and being sold with original boxes and a booklet of service center locations.
The watch features a solid stainless steel case with polished steel bezel and fitted to an original Ebel rubber strap.
The watch is waterproof to 50 metres and does not have a screw down crown. A scratch resistant sapphire crystal is installed with anti-reflective coating. That being said there is a small mark that is not visible with the naked eye at the 3 o’clock position. The camera picks it up quite easily for some reason.
The watch is fitted with an an Ebel calibre 126 automatic chronograph movement. The movement is a modified ETA 2892-2 movement also used in some 3 register Omega automatic Speedmasters, Chopard Mille Miglia chrono, Ulysse Nardin Marine Chronograph, Hublot Navy and the Girard Perregaux Ferrari models.
The watch carries an Ebel model reference of 9126f43. The dial is a high gloss black colour with silver stick hands and hour markers, except for a Roman numeral 12 at the corresponding position.
The rubber strap has not been cut as it uses a folding deployment clasp that allows the strap size to be adjusted into the opposite end of the clasp.
An outstandiung value for someone looking for a high grade used chronograph from the modern era.
The watch case measures roughly 38 mm wide by 43 mm long.
